You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Manpower Management Department of FLDSUPPACT.
Duties
You will participate in the formulation of Manpower Department data call responses.
You will analyze and evaluate manpower change requests for effectiveness and efficiency.
You will prepare manpower reports and provide managers with objectively based information for making decisions regarding the manpower program.
You will be responsible for a range of activities within the area of policy setting, metrics coordination, quality review, and implementing specific training programs for the division.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: 1) Analyzing and evaluating manpower change requests for effectiveness and efficiency, 2) Organizing and preparing manpower data to prepare manpower reports and presentations for supervisor and staff, 3) Evaluating the impact of manpower transactions and advising management of outcome, 4) Preparing long and short range program planning utilizing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Cycle; 5) Overseeing and analyzing all aspects of strategic sourcing and providing recommendations for program management
