About the Position: You will provide logistics services support to the Division Headquarters (HQ) or Center in the following program areas: Transportation, Facilities & Services, Property Maintenance, & Supply. You will analyze the effectiveness & efficiency of logistics programs & resolve issues in the logistics program.
This position is a situational telework position only, including emergency and OPM prescribed "unscheduled telework."

Duties
Analyze usage reports and determine the number and type of vehicles required throughout the division.
Review space management, utilization requirements, and energy consumption levels on a regular basis and resolves all issues as necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure periodic inventories are completed according to schedule and whenever employees depart from the organization.
Resolve maintenance issues to include janitorial/custodial services, maintenance, utility systems, security and alterations.
Implement facilities procedures to maintain optimum usage and ensure safety procedures are met.
Requirements
- Incumbent is required to possess a valid state's driver 's license (Note: you MUST submit a copy as part of your application).
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent is required to be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- This position has a requirement to lift up to 40 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing support to customers related to logistics services support and coordinating the following program areas: transportation program, facilities and services program, supply services program, and/or property maintenance program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
OR
Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Logistics Management Series, Supply Program Management Series, Inventory Management Series, Transportation Specialist Series, Transportation Operations Series or Industrial Property Management Series.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
