As a Lease Management Specialist you will operate as a GSA representative and onsite project manager, responsible for managing a leased building inventory and administering GSA lease contracts for assigned buildings.Location of Positions: Public Buildings Service, Manhattan Service Center & Brooklyn Field Office
We are currently filling two vacancies. ONE position in New York, NY & ONE position in Brooklyn, NY

- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Valid driver's license

The GS-12 salary range starts at $96,808 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is providing technical advice and guidance on lease administration programs and activities. This experience must include reviewing and analyzing a wide range of leases and realty transactions to ensure financial accuracy; communicating orally and in writing to address issues ranging from routine to highly complex in nature; and identifying, researching and analyzing lease administration issues and providing solutions and recommendations to management.
Education cannot be substituted at the GS-12 level.
