You will serve as a Office Automation Assistant in the Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Medicine Department of NMRTC TWENTY NINE PALMS CA.
Duties
You will interpret and apply established policies, practices and regulations.
You will establish and maintain effective relationships with personnel internal and external to the command.
You will prepare oral and written findings to present.
You will utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Requirements

Qualifications
For GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Record keeping, reporting, and informational duties in support of the department, projects, studies, and serve as receptionist for the department.
Correcting grammar, punctuation, spelling, and properly formatting correspondence.
Operating office equipment such as printers, modems, optical scanner, typewriter, word processor and computer terminal.
Updating, revising, sorting, calculating and manipulating data in databases and on spreadsheets.
