About the Position: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Unit Program Coordinator in Moody AFB, GA.
Duties
Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
Act as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel.
Assist commander/director in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, development of organizational operating instructions and regulations, and personnel assistance.
Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
Responsible for programs to include but not limited to task management, cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator.
Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
Develop office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
Perform clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
Requirements
