You will serve as a MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC in the ANTENNA REPAIR SHOP (67H), ELECTRONICS REPAIR DIVISION (TRF-730), WEAPONS REPAIR DEPARTMENT (TRF-700), of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will align and adjust installed submarine machinery equipment for balance.
You will determine materials or parts required to perform repairs on marine machinery equipment.
You will analyze workload documents (e.g. work lists, manufacturing requests, preliminary man-time estimates, engineering plans, material lists) to develop schedule for marine machinery operations.
You will adjust, repair, or align clutches, shafting and bearings, or propellers on marine machinery equipment.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
