About the Position: This position is located in the U.S Army Medical Department Activity, Administration, Facility Management, Facility Maintenance on Fort Stewart, GA.

Duties

Perform site investigations to determine deficiencies and/or requirements. Serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for all projects. Advise Management of interruptions in the utility and equipment services. Prepare designs for assigned systems such as: electrical power systems, heating ventilating, air conditioning, electronic controls, medical gases, and vacuum systems.

Requirements

• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position has been designated as "Key" and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization as doing so would seriously impair the capability of the organization to function effectively.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
• Incumbent may be required to report to work or to travel to an outlying clinic at a moment's notice.
• Incumbent may be required to be on-call nights and weekends.
