About the Position: Serves as the Training Support/Program Assistant, coordinating and providing administrative, logistical, and technical support by serving as principal point of contact for Government Purchase and Travel Cards of the Director, Logistics and Resource Management, NCO Leadership and Center of Excellence (NCOLCOE) and Sergeant Majors Academy.
Duties
Monitors account holder information, viewing transaction details on accounts, monitoring delinquent accounts and generating reports to monitor the travel card program.
Serves as the Billing Official and US Bank Certifying Officer for all Government Purchase Card accounts.
Coordinates and provides administrative, logistical, and technical support by serving as the principal point of contact for Government Purchase and Travel Cards.
Serves as the Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC or APC) responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Government travel card program.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
