About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Human Resources, Fort Moore, GA 31905. Fort Benning is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, GA and Phenix City, AL. The Geography and climate are ideal for year-round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available.
Duties
Establishes workflow and functional assignments and distributes work to meet demands.
Manage Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) team operations to ensure objectives are met by means such as team member notification, coordinating facility use, and unit arrival and demobilization processing.
Coordinate the effective operation of military personnel workstations during Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), including strength accounting, personnel records, separation processing, and identification (ID) cards and tags.
Prepare documentation such as reports, statistical analysis, and briefings for military personnel programs.
Coordinate with higher headquarters and other installations to resolve processing and data accuracy problems.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Employee must be willing and able to travel in military and commercial aircraft and vehicles.
- Employee may be required to work schedule and unscheduled overtime.
