You will serve as a SCHEDULES TECHNICIAN in the Operations Department of Training Squadron Two SEVEN (VT-27). VT-27 consistently accomplishes its important mission by producing Navy and Marine Corps pilots of the highest quality for our nation's defense.
Duties
You will coordinate all scheduling requirements as tasked by the scheduling authority in the development and/or execution of the daily flight schedule.
You will update and maintain all tracking boards.
You will process and/or execute the daily flight schedule in the Training Management System (TMS) post/distribute as directed.
You will assist the Schedule Officer in the creation and updating of operational summaries and other flight related reports and schedule reconciliation requirements.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You may be required to occasionally travel from your normal duty station.
- You must be willing to travel by commercial/government conveyance.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support in coordinating training schedules and assisting in identifying issues or conflicts for an organization.
