Duties

Coordinate and plan Leadership focused training, education, programs, and events for students, faculty, staff, and other employees assigned to Legal Center and School. Prepare course syllabi and data sheets, inputs data, and communicates course attendance information to the Course Manager. Maintain liaison with the G1, G2 and, G8 to coordinate, effect, and implement personnel and manpower requirements. Conduct curriculum-training assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Create, revise, and maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assist with conducting curriculum-training assessments; assist with the creation of updated curriculum database and/or training records; and assist with proof reading course related materials. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Classroom ManagementEducation and Training Program AdministrationTeaching Assistance Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
