This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serve as the Work Management Administrator of the Customer Service Section within the Business Operations and Integration Division (BOID), Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located on Fort Carson, Colorado.
Duties
Direct day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Section and resolves operational and procedural problems.
Responsible for determining work prioritization, method of execution, and work classification, and provides customer feedback.
Perform analyses and evaluations, initiates corrective actions, and prepares reports presenting results of analyses.
Reviews all submitted customer work orders for conformance with DPW mission, installation guidelines, and funding policies.
Requirements

- A National Agency Check w/ Inquiries (NACI) background investigation is required.

Specialized Experience: One year of demonstrated specialized experience which includes: 1) developing contract performance work statements and estimates; 2) identifying preventative maintenance requirements for facilities, equipment, and/or systems; and 3) reviewing and monitoring engineering projects through all stages of development. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10).
