About the Position: This is a position with the Defense Health Agency, located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Directorate of Resource Management, Logistics Division, Honolulu Hawaii. Duties

Serves as the Contract Performance Evaluator (CPE) and is responsible for the Quality Assurance Plan, evaluation methods, and sampling techniques on the hospital housekeeping contract. Develops surveillance techniques and procedures to use in inspecting the operation of functions under contract to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluates contractors? quality control system when incorporated into terms of contract. Develops quality assurance evaluation schedules based on performance requirements for each service type to be provided by the contractor. Determines that property in contractor?s possession is properly maintained, in good condition and use is controlled.

• Position may require Temporary Duty (TDY) of up to 5% of the time.

OR Education: Successfully completed a masters or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as such as Business Management, or Accounting. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
