About the position: This position will be assigned to the Marketing Office located in the Gunfighter Service Center, bldg. 2610.
This is a Regular- Part Time position, with 20-34 hours per week guaranteed, may work up to 40 hours.

Duties
Assists in collection, compiling, writing, and producing a variety of publicity materials for flyers and other marketing materials. May transmit and receive documents and messages electronically using a personal computer or workstation that is networked or linked to other computers or workstations throughout the work area or organization. Determines proper formats and internal arrangements based on the nature and purpose of the materials. Performs a variety of general office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, routing and filing correspondence, and maintaining the filing system. Oversee the FSS print shop, includes creating designs, printing, formatting prints for external customers. Manage inventory and ordering for the print shop. Ensure stock and/or supplies are on hand and adequate to conduct business. Maintain security cash and fixed assists

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires a current valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Qualifying Experience:
Experience in responsible clerical or office work of any kind in which the applicant demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. Must have experience which provided a basic knowledge of correspondence formats, grammar and spelling; ability to perform research, select and arrange material, compose correspondence, and maintain organized files. Experience in Adobe CS4, Microsoft Office, and Corel Draw preferred. Must possess skill in dealing with customers and the public both orally and in writing.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
