THIS IS A T5 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the MATERIALS HANDLER, WG-6907-6, is to oversee one or more product lines, a segment of a large warehouse, or serve as the senior employee in a smaller warehouse or supply facility.

Qualifications

MATERIALS HANDLER, WG-6907-6: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the WG-05 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: receiving, packaging, and preparation for shipment; Experience in compiling reports, overall warehouse planning, documentation requirements, and accepted warehousing methods, procedures and techniques; Experience in setting up and rotating storage locations considering factors such as life expectancy, available space, product turnover, etc. Your resume must have complete information: Please ensure your resume accurately reflects the duties and responsibilities under each position you have held with each employer.
