General Experience: Must have experience, education, or training in the following: Managing and directing one or more programs Supervisory, managerial, professional or technical work experience Knowledge of management principles, practices, methods, and techniques Skill in using computer and automation systems Specialized Experience: Must have 36 months experience, education, or training in the following: Ability in analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data and recognizing solutions Ability in preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence Ability to evaluate objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources Knowledge of the organization and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures Ability to develop the mission and work process of programs throughout the military organization and multi level agencies
