Duties
Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash counts of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages and submits daily reports of operations. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility.
Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. Assists bartenders in setting up bar and assisting customers.
Monitors inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using software system. Works in RecTrac (Army software system).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Maybe required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
- 7 day operation, scheduled Monday-Saturday 0800-1700 or 1200-2100 Sunday 0800-1700.
Working on weekends, different shifts and Holidays are required based on needs of the mission and supporting special events.

Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items.
Meet state/local age (21) requirement for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
Skill in providing customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively.
