This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. Partial work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-09 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-07 level defined as providing administrative support to staff; managing procurement of supplies; and budget monitoring.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Knowledge of administrative principles, practices, methods and techniques; 2) Skill in integrating management services within an organization; 3) Knowledge of procurement, travel, National Security Information and property management; 4) Ability to direct a comprehensive support program and provide operational services to the organization; 5) Knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of the Federal budgetary function, processes and systems; 6) Ability to perform the full range of technical duties associated with formulation, execution and budget reviews; 7) Knowledge of ORIA's sources of funding, mission, functions, goals, objectives and work processes; 8) Ability to relate resource needs of the organization to budget planning and budget execution.
