You will serve as a SENIOR OFFICE MANAGER for the Weapons and Energetics Director, Technical Director, Director of Operation, Director for Weapons and the 5.5 Staff of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will maintain and publish monthly organizational charts and code directories; pull monthly personnel reports; stay current on the latest procedures and inform 5.5 OM`s within his/her cognizance of new or revised policies and/or procedures.
You will execute travel arrangements and process travel orders and vouchers.
You will act as the Training Coordinator for the Department.
You will to provide mentoring, coaching, and guide junior office managers.
You will review, write and format memorandums.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/6) or pay band (DG-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Representing and interfacing with external senior level executives and contacts to coordinate scheduling and administrative matters; 2) Utilizing travel management system documents/receipts; 2) Facilitating visitor badges and requests; 3) Performing a broad range of technical/administrative duties.
