These positions are located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) Construction Division, Construction Branch. The selectees will perform a variety of Laborer duties assisting various journey level trades craftsmen with construction projects.

Duties

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday (4:00 A.M. -2:30 P.M. ) or Night Shift: Monday - Thursday (8:00 P.M. - 6:30 A.M.) SHIFTS MAY CHANGE DUE TO OPERATING NEEDS OF MANAGEMENT; SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED UPON SELECTION

Requirements

  • You must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • You must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Your resume and question responses must demonstrate job-related elements.

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position.SCREEN-OUT: Ability to perform the work of the position without more than normal supervision.
