About the position:This position will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation facility on Minot AFB. This is a Flexible (Flex) Position (0 - 40 per week), there are no guaranteed hours. Flexible employees are eligible to use the fitness center, golf course, bowling center, clubs, and swimming pool.

Duties

This position requires the applicant to observe swimming areas to ensure the safety of patrons. You may be required to rescue swimmers in trouble and provide lifesaving techniques to include administering first aid and call for medical assistance when required. This position may also require cleaning of pool areas to ensure the overall safety of patrons. May operate water pumps and control chemical additives to ensure pool water meets specified standards. Ensures that diving boards are inspected frequently for cracks or loose matting.
