You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Manager within the MARCORSYSCOM.
Duties
You will monitor the acquisition, storage, utilization, transfer, and disposal of property.
You will plan organize, direct, and control supply support, management control activity and material management operations.
You will develop physical inventory plans and procedures, schedule physical inventories, and assist in the completion.
You will provide supply support insight for operational planning requirements; supervise transportation of supplies and equipment.
You will manage the transmittal of public funds; participate in the budget process, administer, and expend allotted funds; and make necessary recommendations regarding supply support programs.
You will critically analyze complex and dynamic situations and direct organizational focus to resolve challenges through continuous process improvement and innovative business methods.
You will plan and prepare schedule for completion of work.
You will evaluate work performance of subordinates base on established performance measures.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: In applying strategic policies, procedures, and responsibilities in property management, supply support, accountability, and control procedures to include establishing and maintaining an organizations accountability property records, systems, and financial records.
