You will serve as a Support Services Specialist in the Command Administrative Branch of NAVCONSTRBATCTRGPT.
Duties
You will manage the Deployability program to process personnel reporting to and/or detaching from the installation.
You will direct, administer, and manage the execution of the civilian Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP).
You will serve as the Government Purchase Cardholder (GPC), maintaining records of all expenditures, and following established policies and procedures.
You will greet customers/visitors and respond to telephone inquiries using judgement to answer questions or refer to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Preparing and maintaining official correspondence, forms, and files in accordance with policies and regulations; 2) Overseeing the Deployability program to process personnel reporting to and/or detaching from the installation; 3) Maintaining database(s) to effectively track multi-faceted complex medical actions that have the potential to impair military careers; and 4) Maintaining records of expenditures, reconcile monthly reports; and ensures that all purchases are made according to established procedures and guidelines. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Have successfully completed one full academic year of graduate level education in public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to support service administration.
OR
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
