Duties

Develop and improve the supply chain efficiency without degrading effectiveness. Develop plan to deliver logistics products and services for major, highly complex aviation and missile systems. Identify, verify, and assess causes and methods to resolve specially designated problem areas, or policy impediments, which affect logistics management processes inclusive of supply chain agility and responsiveness.

• Acquisition certification, Advanced, Life Cycle Logistics, within 4 years of job entry.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
