About the Position: This position serves as a primary point of contact to the squadron commander for administrative support programs. It is in an office setting hours of operation are 0730-1630, Monday - Friday it does not require weekend or overtime work. Located at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.

Duties

Serve as a subject matter expert in administrative support programs such as Government Travel Card program, Defense Travel System. Ensure compliance with program requirements by conducting studies and/or inquiries. Perform clerical duties in support of the assigned section.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
• This position requires that you obtain and maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
